I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All orders start to be made after 24 hours from the time you placed the order. The process time is 3-5 working days and, in addition, average transport time within North America is 4-7 days.
Do you accept returns?
We offer a money back guarantee if the product is defective. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase, provided that the product is received in its original condition.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
